Everything is going forward slower than i thought. But its going forward. Let me think about whats on the roadmap for the rest of this year:

 This will be done by implementing a new submodule called agres_categories. It will implement a new Contenttype category. A Category can be anything (room, house, boat, car, movie, table) An important field in this new contenttype will be: bookingmode: which can be: by hour, or by day.

I just finished programming the partial payment feature. It works with paymentmethod 'credit' only. When an order is submitted only a percentage amount of the order total is charged. and the order remains in status pending. The guest pays the rest when he arrives at the hotel when checking in. This is implemented currently only in the dev version not in the current beta.

I suggest using the dev version of agreservations, because the beta(yes it was released too early,i am sorry for that) version contains a problem which can occur when the db_sql_rewrite function is called. This error is fixed in the current dev version. A new beta will be released when i come back from the Wacken Open Air festival. I know i am behind my own set schedule but the good news is: its only a few weeks that i am behind shedule and i will have more time for this project from september(double the time!! :-)) + there will be more man (woman) power working on this.
